With our longer-term fixed rates of 5 to 15 years, we let you fix your interest rate for a longer period of time: giving you peace of mind because you know your monthly payments will not go up during that period. Better still, your mortgage rates automatically lower as you pay down on your loan!
And best of all: our mortgages are flexible, with no Early Repayment Charges if you choose to move home, so you have all the freedom you need.
That’s mortgage more simple.
We don’t think a mortgage should ever tie you down, which is why we don’t have an Early Repayment Charge if you sell your home or repay the loan from your own funds.
When your loan gets smaller over time, we automatically reduce your interest rate. Because the more you have paid off, the lower our risk is. We want to reward you for that - and this could save you thousands of pounds over the years.
